Darren can lead all planning application processes, working with you and key players like architects.
He can be your planning agent, managing the project from conception to the Council’s determination of the application and beyond.
The PLANNING station takes the lead role in appeals. It lodges appeals against the refusal of planning applications and the Council’s service of enforcement notices. Darren will manage the appeal process from start to finish and prepare the comprehensive Full Statement of Case to support your appeal. If appropriate, he can apply for an award of costs against the Council.
Darren can still provide specialist planning documents if someone else manages your project. These include Planning, Design/Access and Heritage statements for your planning application.
As a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Darren must agree with you in writing on how you will work together. The agreement is called the ‘terms of engagement‘.
Do not be daunted by this. It is a formality of engagement with all RTPI members.
It will give you confidence that you will not get any nasty surprises upon completing the work.
You will know what you are getting and how much it will cost you.
Darren will know what and how he will be paid and what work he has to do.
